We are looking forward to a great year in 2015. We plan to increase our focus on the sharpener this year which is the best way we know to support the hair stylists. Last year we worked hard and improved the quality, availability and coding for scissor parts. We plan to make that a priority and continue it. The downside is that the parts are selling so much better that we have to deal with out-of-stock issues. Some of our suppliers are slow. Currently we have been robbing my own assortment for bumpers until our bumper order comes in.
In the interest of the sharpeners I added two new tools to the website of items I actually have been using for years but did not supply these to the sharpener. I added the Sharpener Picks and the Screw Splitter
to the website. These help with defective bumpers and screws. If I get the request, I will make a video to show how to use both.
