I think the white Christmas here in Atlanta, the first in over 150 years, set me in a good outlook for real positive change. We are doing inventory and looking our our company figures this week, but 2010 looks like the best year ever for Bonika Shears.

- Today Money says the unemployment rate for women is two percentage rates lower than the rate for men and they are in fields that are expected to have the biggest job growths. This was from Bank of America - Merrill Lynch.

I found another article about the Top 25 Careers during a recession. Two of the top 25 careers relate to hair care and most of the careers on the list are female dominated.
