I thought I would introduce you to some sharpeners around the country. Kuda Sharpening Workshop - Friday Night

Friday night at the Kuda Sharpening Workshop.

I didn't know Wilkes-Barre and Scranton were such small places. We flew in a puddle jumper jet from Atlanta to the Kuda Sharpening Workshop here in Wilkes-Barre. I met some new sharpeners and became reacquainted with old friends. I took a few snap shots of Len Pietrzak's van and sharpening set up. Also got some snaps of sharpeners. I look forward to the week-end with these sharpeners and talking shop. Bob Schiessl is here from Nebraska Blades and Bob Tanner of Be Sharp. More about the workshop later.

Wednesday August 29

We never shot the video on barbering. Our stylist could not find a model so we referred her to another comapny. I spent several hours retraining a sharpener for free today and was able to complete the sharpening for my favorite customer Lan Lam.

Current projects: begin editing DVD on clipper sharpening and clipper repair. Upload short video clips to be viewed on our website. The website updates are continuing. The Jam 2007 DVD is complete and copied. The updated digital catalogs are ready to be reproduced (version 7.9) in wholesale and salon sets. I planned to take Friday off and work Saturday on video editing while the phones are quiet, but I am babysitting Susannah on Saturday and Thursday and Friday afternnons since the office Nanny is going to Dragonfest.

We have shows every other weekend from now until November.
